Solar Panel Cleaning System

 
Existing methods of cleaning of Solar Panel is as under:-
 
Manual Cleaning with water at Low water pressure
 
In this process the Solar Panels are being cleaned by water at low pressure approx 2-3 bar and high water consumption by sprinklers.
 
PROPOSED METHOD

We provide high pressure water jetting pumps with working pressure from 60 - 150 bar (electrical or diesel driven engine pump) which can be operated manually as also mounted on trucks with water tank capacity from 500 4000 liters for easy mobility depending on space sufficiency between the panel placement.  Our uniquely developed feature is the lance manipulator which is multi-directional and mounted on the truck at a height between 3 - 4 meters and can access every part of the solar panel for effective cleaning thus enhancing productivity of the solar panels and reducing operational costs.  The lance manipulators ease of movement assists in covering large surface areas suitably as opposed to manual cleaning.  We can also make suggestions for collection and reusage of the water which helps in water conservation and reduction of costs.
