One of its important application is cleaning of Air Cooled Condenser in Captive Power Plant Units with High Pressure Pump using only water as the cleaning media.
The normal existing method of cleaning of Air Cooled Condensers ( ACC ) are as under :-
BY USING LOW PRESSURE – MANUAL CLEANING
In this process, the Air Cooled Condensers are being cleaned by low pressure approx 10- 20 bar with high discharge of 1000-1500 LPM with stairs like construction consisting of 3 headers mounted on bottom & top beam construction. The header is being pushed from bottom side on non - levelled beam & hard to push & also the cleaning is not uniform,
CHEMICAL CLEANING.
In this method, the ACC are being cleaned by Acid spray with washing which is not an effective cleaning method as acid can not enter in 3rd & 4th row of ACC. This method also chemically damages the ACC Fins .

Semi Automatic Acc Fin Cleaning System:
The Fin Cleaning system has been designed as per the specific needs of the customer and continuous duty application. The smooth and trouble free performance ensure proper cleaning of ACC Fins at shortest time. The Fin Cleaning System has two headers which moves up & down by controlled speed for proper cleaning at 40-100 bar . The complete unit shall be shifted approx 1 meter by pushing manually & again header moves up& down and so on. The system is remote control for loading –unloading the pump unit when shifting manually.
Advantage Of Using Fin Cleaning System:
The Fin Cleaning System is being used at 50-100 Bar Pressure and 160-200 LPM with 22-45 KW Motor.
